Common Point Receives Second ConstructSim Order from J. Ray McDermott

Construction simulation software to be used for large fabrication project

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. —October 24, 2005 –Common Point, Inc. announced today that it has received its second order for its ConstructSim™ enterprise software application from J. Ray McDermott, (J. Ray) a subsidiary of McDermott International (NYSE:MDR).

J. Ray first used ConstructSim, a state-of–the-art construction simulation application, at its Morgan City, facility in Louisiana, USA to plan and simulate the construction of a large offshore fabrication project. The application’s ability to interact within a data rich virtual model of the project resulted in unprecedented efficiency gains for the company. The next deployment of ConstructSim will support projects at the J. Ray fabrication yard on Batam Island, Indonesia.
